These people on school grounds are asked by the school to leave, they don't. That is trespassing. Refusal to leave when ordered by the police, that is failure to comply. Neither of these have anything to do with the 1st ammendment. This is law and order. It is also the right of the school to expel these students. It is the right of other schools to deny them enrollment. Not sure how there student loans work but I'd think the business giving the loan would have the right to turn down any further loans.
